Uniform items belonging to U.S. Air Force defenders assigned to the 673d Security Forces Squadron sit neatly lined up on a mat during a Fly Away Security Team (FAST) course at the 673d SFS Warehouse on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Sept. 16, 2025. The students participating in the course were expected to have their items of clothing displayed neatly before beginning their training. FAST is a unit of defenders dedicated to safeguarding aircraft, air crew, cargo and distinguished visitors during operations on austere airfields throughout their area of responsibility to aid in humanitarian missions and Department of War operations.
