Team members from the Topeka-based VA Eastern Kansas Health Care System and Leavenworth’s Dwight D. Eisenhower VA Medical Center met with leaders at Munson Army Health Center on Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, Sept. 17. The purpose of the meeting was to explore partnership opportunities aimed at enhancing healthcare delivery for military personnel and veterans, and training opportunities for Munson Soldiers assigned to medical career fields. The meeting fostered open dialogue and planning, modeled upon existing partnerships within the Defense Health Agency and Department of Veterans Affairs.
