The City of Toledo along with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Buffalo District will hosted a signing ceremony, reinforcing the partnership that will deliver the Toledo Ohio Environmental Infrastructure 594 project, Toledo, Ohio, Sept. 22, 2025.
