U.S. Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Kevin Collins, commanding general of 3rd Marine Logistics Group, secures a fuel hose for a bulk fuel operation in support of a vehicle convoy conducted during exercise Resolute Dragon 25 at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Sept. 14, 2025. 3rd MLG runs multiple daily convoy operations for RD25, delivering personnel, equipment, and other logistical supplies across multiple training areas in support of III Marine Expeditionary Force training events. Resolute Dragon is an annual bilateral exercise in Japan that strengthens the command, control, and multi-domain maneuver capabilities of Marines in III MEF and allied Japan Self-Defense Force personnel.
