Master-At-Arms First Class Montril C. Rabion is awarded the Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal by Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division's Commanding Officer, Capt. Chris Matassa, during a Military All Hands event in West Bethesda Maryland, Sept. 17, 2025. Rabion received the award for outstanding professional achievement while serving as Base Inventory Tracking System (BITS) Administrator at Carderock, handling and managing classified materials while overseeing the multi-million dollar DARPA APEX Program.
