Governmental and regional leaders convene to identify challenges and opportunities in the Arctic during the High North Security Dialogue in Garmisch-Partenkirchen on Sept. 10, 2025. The course, co-hosted with the Ted Stevens Center for Arctic Security Studies, is designed to enhance deterrence and promote stability in the High North while leaning on regional expertise from both centers.
