YOKOSUKA, Japan (Sept. 16, 2025) — Chief Master-at-Arms Yvonne Saintil, attached to Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) gets piped aboard during the Chief Petty Officer Pinning Ceremony held at the installation’s Fleet Theater. Five Sailors assigned to CFAY, along with 6 assigned to tenant commands at the installation, made the rank of chief petty officer during the event. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
