ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE, Ga. – A firefighter trainer from the 778th Civil Engineer Squadron secures the entrance on a C-130 Hercules aircraft mockup in preparation for simulated aircraft firefighting training at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, June 11, 2025. To heighten the realism of the exercise for participants, the C-130 was equipped with controlled propane valves at various positions within the airframe to portray initial flare ups and reflashes for teams to engage, direct and coordinate fire attacks.
