SINGAPORE (Sept. 8, 2025) – Electronics Technician 2nd Class Aimee Lowe, assigned to the forward-deployed submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), assembles lunches during a community relations event at the Willing Hearts soup kitchen during a scheduled port visit in Singapore, Sept. 8. The Frank Cable is in Singapore as part of routine operations in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet, the U.S. Navy’s largest forward-deployed numbered fleet, operating with allies and partners in preserving a free and open Indo-Pacific.
