Egyptian and partner nations' soldiers fast rope down from an AgustaWestland AW149 as part of a Military Operations on Urban Terrain exercise, Mohamed Naguib Military Base, Sept. 9, 2025 for BRIGHT STAR 25. Exercise BRIGHT STAR 25 is a multilateral U.S. Central Command exercise, field training exercise, and senior leader seminar, held in the Arab Republic of Egypt along with other partner nations. Participation strengthens military-to-military relationships between U.S. forces and our Egyptian partners in the USCENTCOM are of responsibility, along with multi-national partners.
