CEDAR RIDGE, Calif (April 22, 2025) – Crews from the San Bernardino and the Sequoia National Forest were on hand alongside crews from the Stanislaus National Forest burning high-visibility piles in the Cedar Ridge area. Piles in relatively close proximity to homes and trails were burned as crews work to accomplish two to three acres of piles a day. Assuming weather conditions remain favorable and resources stay available, the plan would be to burn piles for the next two weeks.
