A U.S. Marine with Martial Arts Instructors Course 113-25 prepares to receive their certificate of completion prior to a graduation ceremony at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, California, Sept. 5, 2025. This ceremony marked the end of a 3-week transformation consisting of a five-hour culminating event, challenging students to show expertise in ground fighting, weapons-free sparring and bayonet and knife techniques.
