A U.S. Army Soldier assigned Joint Task Force-Bravo, Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras, and Panamanian emergency services students, apply moulage injuries during a mass casualty exercise as part of Panamax-Alpha Phase II, in Panama City, Panama, Sept. 9, 2025.
