responsibility Aug. 24, 2025. A CFK is used to
set up rapid communications to enable
networks within 30 minutes during contingency
operations. Agile combat employment shifts
airpower generation from large, centralized
bases to networks of smaller, dispersed
locations, which depend on rapidly deployed
communications networks to synchronize
