Dr. Stephen Ferrara, Acting Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs, tested out a rehabilitation device during his visit to the Intrepid Spirit Center at Fort Campbell on Monday, Aug. 25. The center provides advanced care and innovative therapies for Soldiers recovering from traumatic brain injury and related conditions, strengthening readiness and quality of life.
