Lance Cpl. Scott "Ski" Halisky, a mortuary affairs specialist with Personnel Retrieval and Processing Detachment, Headquarters and Service Company, 1st Marine Logistics Group, laces his glove before playing catch with another Marine in his unit. Halisky played minor league baseball in the Baltimore Orioles organization before an elbow injury led to his release. He's currently deployed to Iraq and is training in his spare time to make a major league comeback. Halisky, 30, is from Clearwater, Fla.
