Air Force Gen. Steve Nordhaus, chief, National Guard Bureau, joins Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Dan Caine and Navy Adm. Samuel Paparo, commander, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, at the 27th Indo-Pacfic Chiefs of Defense Conference, Hua Hin, Thailand, Aug. 27-28, 2025. The conference, co-hosted by Paparo and Gen. Songwit Noonpakdee, Thailand’s Chief of Defense Forces, emphasized the shared commitment of participating nations to enhancing regional security cooperation.
