Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training participants from the 168th Medical Group respond and provide treatment to a simulated casualty patient during an advanced Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training at Fort Wainwright, Alaska, August 5, 2025. The combat exercise tested medical response and decision-making in high-threat, simulated combat conditions to increase operational readiness. The TCCC training and scenarios teach battlefield trauma care, including lifesaving techniques, in a simulated combat environment to increase readiness for real-world operations.
