Construction Mechanic 3rd Class Brandon Brooks from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3's Alfa Company waits to be released from a chemical, biological and radiological (CBR) simulated attack. NMCB 3 is conducting their final graded field training exercise (FTX), testing the battalions overall readiness through a variety of realistic scenarios encountered during routine Seabee deployments. NMCB 3 provides combatant commanders and Navy component commanders with combat-ready warfighters capable of general engineering, construction and limited combat engineering across the full range of military operations.
