U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Ryton Hitzel, a vehicle maintenance technician assigned to the 466th Air Expeditionary Squadron, replaces tires on an all-terrain vehicle, March 11, 2013, in Tarin Kowt district, Uruzgan province, Afghanistan. Hitzel is a coalition force member attached to a U.S. Navy forward operating base maintenance battalion where he repairs and maintains vehicles and other equipment. Coalition force airmen are embedded with Sister Service and Joint/Combined headquarters Army units at about 80 locations throughout Afghanistan to provide critical skill sets and dynamic leadership.
