GULFPORT, Miss. (Aug. 21, 2025) – Captain Jacob Segalla (left) Commodore of Naval Construction Group TWO (NCG 2), presents Commander James Angerman, Commanding Officer of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, with the Naval Expeditionary Combat Command 2024 Battle Effectiveness “E” Award on board Naval Construction Battalion Center Gulfport, Miss., Aug. 21, 2025. The Battle “E” is awarded annually to the small number of United States Navy ships, submarines, aviation, and other deployable combat coded units that win their battle effectiveness competition.
