U.S. Air Force Col. As the section training manager she manages the training and records for seven personnel who perform 980 routine and 44 advanced medical procedures annually, valued at $2.6 million, ensuring the clinic operates at peak efficiency. Niebres spearheaded the integration of the General Surgery Flight by training seven technicians in specialty endoscopic care. She guides over 70 students, shaping the next generation of medical professionals, and manages a $240,000 supply budget. She maintains over 40 endoscopy devices and three cleaning instruments valued at $2.8 million.
