U.S. Marines with 2nd Battalion, 14th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division set up satellite communication at Cold Bay, Alaska, during Exercise ARCTIC EDGE 2025 (AE25), Aug. 17, 2025. The use of satellite communications enables Marines to maintain secure, reliable connectivity across the Arctic, directly supporting AE25’s mission to enhance command and control and operational readiness.
