    Sailors assigned to USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), who have been selected for promotion to chief petty officer, stand in formation during drill practice on the ship’s barge while in port Naval Base Kitsap-Bremerton, Washington, Aug. 19, 2025. Marching and drill are some of the fundamentals practiced during Chief Petty Officer Initiation each year.
