    Lt. Gen. Robert D. Harter, Chief of Army Reserve and commanding general, U.S. Army Reserve Command, and Maj. Gen. Joseph A. Ricciardi, 88th Readiness Division commanding general and Fort McCoy Senior Commander, walk along the 1600 block of the installation on Aug. 15, 2025. The 1600 block facility modernization project will increase Fort McCoy’s overall capacity.
