Obichang speaks with community members at Peleliu State Building, Aug. 12, about proposed Peleliu South Dock rehabilitation and improvements. The government of Palau is partnering with the Department of Defense on the shared-use project. Peleliu South Dock is one of several U.S. Pacific Fleet-led infrastructure improvement initiatives in Palau that support U.S. Indo-Pacific Command posture initiatives to ensure operational readiness in the region.
