The flight was part of a series of bilateral training and familiarization activities for the U.S.-Philippine armed forces. Through the National Guard’s State Partnership Program, the Hawaii Guard and Philippine Air Force conduct ongoing rotary-wing exchanges aimed at enhancing interoperability and operational proficiency.
