PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii (Aug. 8, 2025) – Dave Felton, executive director at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility briefs Ian Merrit, legislative director and national security advisor for Representative Chuck Fleischmann, who chairs the Energy & Water Appropriations Subcommittee on shipyard operations during a recent visit on Aug. 8, 2025. PHNSY & IMF’s mission is to keep the Navy’s fleet “Fit to Fight” by repairing, maintaining, and modernizing the Navy's fast-attack submarines and surface ships.
