U.S. Marines with 1st Marine Logistics Group, Combat Logistics Battalion-6 (CLB-6), and 3D Reconnaissance Battalion, Alpha Company, 1st Platoon, prepare to jump from a KC-130J into Al Qa'im, Iraq, on May 28, 2008. 3D RECON BN, CLB-6 and Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 352 conducteda timely and logistical Air Delivery re-supply operation of water and fuel to Al Qa'im and used the experience as a way of gaining tactical Air Delivery experience prior to supporting larger sustained requirements.
