(Aug. 24, 2025) – A wearable blast overpressure (BOP) monitor rests on a table prior to being worn for BOP personal exposure monitoring during M16 and M4 rifle testing at Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane. Exposure monitoring, provided by Navy and Marine Corps Force Health Protection Command (NMCFHPC) industrial hygienists Jena Brunson and Mike Brown, provides real-time data to help protect personnel and ensure safe, effective weapons testing.
