Soldiers of B Company, 3/159th Attack Reconnaissance Battalion (ARB) conducted first aid and casualty evacuation training in February 2013 at the Oberdachstetten Local Training Area. The soldiers utilize the "Ultimate Hurt Man" to practiced how to control bleeding, treat fractures, and evacuate casualties using various buddy carrying and litter techniques all while providing 360-degree security.
