Daniel Crouch, with Naval Health Research Center (NHRC), wins the 2025 Military Health System Research Symposium (MHSRS) Honorable Mention Poster Competition Session 2 award for his poster "Anomaly Seasonality Decomposition and Artificial Neutral Network (ANN) Modeling Predict Pre- and Post-Pandemic Febrile Respiratory Illness Rates among U.S. Military Recruit Populations." MHSRS is the Department of Defense's premier scientific meeting that focuses specifically on the unique medical needs of service members. NHRC, part of Navy Medicine Research & Development, supports Navy, Marine Corps, and joint U.S. warfighter health readiness and lethality with research and development that delivers high-value, high-impact solutions to the health and readiness challenges U.S. military population faces on the battlefield, at-sea, home, and abroad.
