Nick Porter, 60th Civil Engineer Squadron project management section chief, assigned to the 22nd Air Task Force (ATF) places a tent frame section as part of the advanced echelon (ADVON) team in preparation for Exercise Northern Strike 25-2 (NS 25-2) at Battle Creek Air National Guard Base, Michigan, Aug. 2, 2025. The ADVON team prepared the training area for NS 25-2 participants to conduct expeditionary operations and enhance mission readiness. Northern Strike is a premier reserve component training event that focuses on joint readiness training to build interoperability and strengthen partnerships in an all-domain environment.
