On May 4, Combined Joint Task Force Paladin joined Explosive Ordnance Disposal units around the world in honoring our fallen heroes who gave the ultimate sacrifice in 2012, especially those who wore the Paladin patch, as part of National EOD Day. Master Sgt. Jason Mero (USA), 184th EOD Battalion, returns the dog tags of the fallen heroes as Lt. Col. Don Clarkson (USA), 20th Support Command,(Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, high yield Explosives), reads their names. CJTF Paladin is responsible for all coalition counter-IED operations and training in Afghanistan.
