Acting Defense Health Agency Director Dr. David Smith and Senior Enlisted Leader U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Tanya Johnson awarded DHA staff members during an employee recognition ceremony July 17, 2025, in Falls Church, Virginia. U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Terrance Scott received the DHA Service Member of the Quarter award for the 1st quarter of calendar year 2025 as a senior noncommissioned officer. He currently serves as a noncommissioned officer in charge in the Technology Support Branch, Solution Delivery Division, J-6, in Falls Church, Virginia. He played a critical role in enhancing cybersecurity and sustaining mission-essential medical logistics systems across the agency. As the information system security manager for the Medical Logistics Information Technology Program Office, he ensured secure and uninterrupted operations for 25,000 end-users, directly supporting $221.5 million in annual logistics and supply chain activity.
