U.S. Army Col. Steve Winkleman, U.S. Army Security Assistance Command's director of regional operations for INDOPACOM/SOUTHCOM/NORTHCOM speaks to U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Frederick Crist, Deputy Director, C-4, Combined Forces Command/Director of Logistics, U-4, United Nations Command/Director, J-4, United States Forces Korea, Republic of Korea, during his visit to Redstone Arsenal, Ala., July 24, 2025. At USASAC, he was able to meet with Brig. Gen. Allen J. Pepper, USASAC commanding general, and the command team as well as representatives from the INDOPACOM regional directorate. Pepper provided a brief overview of USASAC's foreign military sales mission while Winkleman and Antoine Cheatham provided more in-depth information on cases being worked with the ROK.
