Three U.S. Navy Landing Craft Air Cushion, more commonly known as LCACs, prepare to enter the well deck of USS Tortuga (LSD 46) while conducting training off the coast of Okinawa, Japan, on Feb. 23, 2007. Tortuga is a dock-landing ship serving under Commander, Expeditionary Strike Group 7/ Task Force 76, the Navy's only forward-deployed amphibious force.
