Petty Officer 1st Class Margaret Simpson checks a young girl's foot for skin infection during a physical examination conducted in Los Limones, Chinandega, Nicaragua, on March 8, 2005. Over a period of 10 days a Navy Operational Health Support Unit will treat approximately 5,000 people at three different sites and begin ground-breaking on the construction of four schools and two medical clinics throughout rural Chinandega as part of Exercise New Horizons 2005, a joint-combined services engineering and humanitarian aid mission. Simpson is a Navy Hospital Corpsman. (
