Spec. Daphne Wright, U.S. Army, directs the flow of vehicles being off loaded at the port of Pyongtaek, Republic of Korea, on Oct. 24, 1998, for Exercise Foal Eagle '98. Foal Eagle '98 is a combined, joint exercise supported by forces from the U.S. and Republic of Korea. In addition to providing hands-on field experience for forces of both nations, Foal Eagle '98 was designed to test rear area protection operations and major command, control and communications systems. Wright is a deck seaman assigned to the U. S. Army Logistics Support Vessel Gen. Brehon B. Somervell.
