Camp Carroll, Korea — Change of Responsibility (COR) Ceremony at the 498th CSSB
Command Sgt. Maj. Tougbay B. Zarzar officially assumed responsibility for the 498th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion (CSSB), succeeding Command Sgt. Maj. Veronica S. Carter at the Camp Carroll Fitness Center on Jul. 23.
