The U.S. Army Materiel Support Command–Korea (MSC-K) welcomes Brig. Gen. Seo, Dong Seol, Republic of Korea (ROK) Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) J4 (Logistics), to the Combat Power Generation Center (CPGC) at Camp Carroll.
Brig. Gen. Seo received a comprehensive briefing on the 19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command (ESC) and engaged in a strategic discussion with Col. R. Scott Carpenter, MSC-K Commander, on approaches to enhance cooperation in contingency situations on Jul. 22.
During the subsequent tour of the Heavy Equipment Division (HED), Brig. Gen. Seo observed firsthand the advanced capabilities of the CPGC, which provides below-depot level maintenance and sustainment operations with authorization—vital to maintaining a “Fight Tonight” readiness posture on the Korean Peninsula.
This visit served to enhance interoperability between our two nations, further strengthening the ROK-U.S. alliance.
