Aviation Electrician’s Mate 2nd Class Joseph Moss (center) joins Naval Air Facility Atsugi’s commanding officer Capt. Steven Wieman (right) and Command Master Chief Carlton Duncan for the filming of the installation’s weekly show “Captain’s Call” in the ready room of the Helicopter Maritime Strike Seven Seven (HSM-77) hangar. Moss currently serves as the squadron’s avionics division leading petty officer and was recently selected by his command as NAF Atsugi’s Sailor of the Week. Sailor of the week is a title granted to a sailor within the installation and its tenant commands who has shown exemplary work ethic and knowledge within his shop and rate.
