Soldiers assigned to the 24th Civiil Support team conduct a search through a warehouse at the Port of Albany. The soldiers were simulating a radiological source detected and had to find the source and identify the threat.
Members of the New York National Guard’s 24th Civil Support Team, based in Fort Hamilton, Brooklyn, participated in Exercise Mohawk Arrow from June 9-12, 2025 in Albany, New York. The Soldiers worked alongside the 2nd Civil Support team, base at the 109th Airlift Wing in Scotia, New York. Exercise Mohawk Arrow included drills simulating multi-agency
search operations for chemical, biological and radiological weapons.
