U.S. Army Soldiers assigned to the 25th Infantry Division engage in jungle survival training during Exercise Keris Strike 2025 in Perak, Malaysia, July 18, 2025. The soldiers sampled locally prepared food using natural jungle resources, gaining firsthand experience in indigenous survival techniques alongside their Malaysian and Australian counterparts. The training enhances readiness and fosters stronger multinational partnerships in the Indo-Pacific region. Keris Strike fosters mutual respect, trust and cooperation between the U.S. and Malaysian Armies, deepening the relationship through shared experiences. (U.S. Army photo by SFC Monte Swift)
