The Highest Honor plaque of U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Allan Caro, assigned to the Presidential Salute Battery of the 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) is displayed in Presidential Salute Battery motorpool on Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Va., July 17, 2025. Caro has served in the PSB platoon from 2022-2025, of note he was a member of the PSB team that participated in the Presidential Inauguration of President Donald J. Trump and the State Funeral for Former President Jimmy Carter. During the ceremony today he was officially honored on the PSB Honors board that hangs in the motor pool. (U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt.
