Army ManTech, a member of the Joint Defense Manufacturing Technology Panel (JDMTP), exhibited innovative smart fabrics at the Pentagon, July 8, 2025. The technology allows seamless integration of sensors and electronics into standard combat uniforms. The display was part of an annual event sponsored by the DoD Manufacturing Technology Program (DoD ManTech), which included exhibits and demonstrations across its portfolio. The JDMTP identifies shared manufacturing needs of the Military Services, and works with DoD ManTech to resolve warfighter challenges through technology and innovation.
