Ayotta Jr., incoming commander of Helicopter Sea Combat Wing Atlantic (CHSCWL), addresses the audience during a change of command ceremony conducted in flight over Naval Station Norfolk. Ayotta assumed command from Capt. Steven M. Thomas during the aerial ceremony. CHSCWL provides operational oversight, training, and readiness support for east coast-based helicopter sea combat squadrons deploying worldwide in support of maritime operations.
