Mia Casale, a physician assistant assigned to the 108th Medical Company Area Support, 213th Regional Support Group, Pennsylvania National Guard, conducts medical evacuation training at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania, July 17, 2025. The Soldiers trained on receiving the casualty, evacuating them to an ambulance exchange point, treating their injuries and transporting them from one location to the next.
“I would like to see the Soldiers accomplish fitting into the bigger picture of the battlefield and how our assets can support a greater mission,” Casale said.
