Petty Officer 1st Class Dan Smith, an Africa Partnership Station volunteer talks with a young boy at Centre d' Accueil Orphanage. APS volunteers and members of Project Handclasp donated toys and hygiene supplies to the children. During the deployment APS will donate more than 150 pallets of food, supplements, medical supplies and hygiene products those in need in West and Central Africa.
