At a recent event organized by the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (CPRA) and the Lower Nine Center for Sustainable Engagement and Development (CSED) for their Environmental Research Interns, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Senior Project Manager Jeff Williams and Project Manager Charlotte Clarke presented on the West Shore Lake Pontchartrain (WSLP) project. They also discussed how the WSLP and CPRA’s River Reintroduction into Maurepas Swamp (MSP) project will work together to create a model of adaptive coastal resilience.
